What the Lab Is

A live workshop series for women building with AI — not another library of videos you'll mean to watch.

The Build, Launch, Scale Lab is where women in AI move their work forward, together. Ten live workshops take you through the whole arc — from the first shape of a build, to launch, to scaling what works — with other women doing the same beside you the whole way.

Every session is live and worked, not lectured. You bring what you're making, and you leave each week with the next piece done. And when life gets in the way, the full replay library is there — but the live session is where the momentum lives.

It sits inside a 24/7 community on Mighty Networks, so the conversation and the accountability don't stop when the workshop ends.

Pamela Oberg

Executive Director of Member Advancement at She Leads AI.

Pamela is the founder of SeaBlue Strategies, where she helps organizations and emerging entrepreneurs align people and process around a clear purpose, for growth that lasts. She brings more than 20 years of leadership — much of it in technology, with later work across the nonprofit and education sectors — to operational strategy and the thoughtful use of AI. Her focus is helping women grow businesses and careers with more clarity and momentum.

Anne Murphy

Founder of She Leads AI and Empowered Fundraiser Consulting.

Anne is an AI entrepreneur with three decades of work in higher-ed fundraising and eight-figure capital campaigns. She has educated more than 4,000 women in responsible AI use.

Do I need to attend all ten workshops

No. Drop in for the ones that fit, or do the full arc. Every workshop produces something that stands on its own.

Will the sessions be recorded

Yes. Recordings live in your portfolio with your artifacts, ready when you are.

What if I want to go deeper after the Lab
